LawnFlow's Today screen: seven jobs in Como, Manning and Kensington, two of them done, $165 earned so far.

Still running your round out of one of these?

A page of Joe's paper diary: prices in blue and black, red crossings-out and PD for paid, and a coffee stain

That's a page of Joe's, from before.

That's what Joe lost every week typing up invoices.

Now he finishes a job, taps Job Complete, checks the amount and hits Confirm. The invoice goes straight across to Xero as a draft, with the right customer and the right price on it.

Cash jobs are just as quick. Paid in full, today only, or on their tab. The Money tab shows who still owes you.

Finishing an invoice job: the amount, the description that goes on the invoice, and Confirm.
Finishing a cash job when the customer owes a visit: Paid in Full, Today Only, or No Cash, Add to Tab.

Quotes come to you

You get your own quote link, and a QR code you can print for the ute or a flyer. People say what they need and can add up to four photos.

New requests show up with a red count on the Quotes tab. Price it, text them the quote from your own phone, and when they say yes they become a customer without you typing their details in again.

The ones you're waiting to hear back on sit together, oldest first, so you know who to chase.

The Quotes tab: the quote link and its QR code, two new requests, and two waiting on the customer.
The Week tab: jobs on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, each day with what's left to do and what it's worth.

Plan the week your way

Every customer is on their own cycle. Weekly, fortnightly, every three or four weeks, or a one-off job. LawnFlow works out who's due.

Tap a day, then tap the customers you'll do that day. Rain on Tuesday? Move them to Wednesday. You can see the whole week on a map too.

Route the day

Tap Route Today and the day's jobs go in a sensible driving order from where you're standing, with the total drive time.

Know a better way round? Hold a stop and drag it where you want it. On an iPhone each drive opens in Apple Maps.

Today's run in route order: six numbered stops, 15 km and about 28 minutes of driving.
Jack, in the middle, with two of Joe's crew on a job in Perth

Why I built it

G'day, I'm Jack. I live in Perth and mow lawns for Joe while I'm at uni.

Joe ran his whole round out of a paper diary. Jobs went missing, and when Joe wasn't there nobody else could follow it, because he had his own way of writing everything. He'd spend ages copying jobs across from one page to the next before he could even get in the ute. Then every week he lost another 3 to 4 hours typing up invoices.

So we built LawnFlow to give him that time back. Now he finishes a job, taps Done, and the invoice goes straight across to Xero.

It worked so well that other lawn contractors started asking me about it. They were set up quickly, they've ditched their diaries, and they reckon they'll never go back.

If you want to try it, text me. I'll help you get your customers in.
